The TPA House of Delegates serves to interpret the objectives of TPA as stated in the Constitution and is the legislative and policy-making body of the Association. The House is composed of 108 members, representing each TPA Practice Society, each Tennessee school/college of pharmacy, and the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy. TPA members can submit their interest in serving as a delegate on the TPA Leadership Interest Form.

Twice each year, during the TPA Winter and Summer Meetings, the TPA House of Delegates votes on policies developed by the TPA Policy Committee and New Business Items submitted by members. Adopted policies help guide TPA leaders in setting priorities for the Association and taking action where needed.
In the past, the TPA House of Delegates passed many honors and recognition statements to acknowledge the great work individuals and organizations do for the profession. TPA has since moved away from using the House of Delegates in this way, but you can still view a comprehensive list of all honors and recognitions below.
