Recently, a number of BCBST members have reported receiving unsolicited messages stating that their pain cream had been approved.
The callers have identified themselves as BCBST employees. The BCBST members have received multiple calls and have had messages left on their answering machines.
If your patients mention this to a member of your pharmacy team, ask them to call BCBST customer service and report it.
