Tennessee Pharmacists Association

Nashville, Tenn. — July 17, 2025 — TPA is excited to announce the selection of 25 pharmacists for the 2025 Emerging Leaders Academy! Chosen through a competitive application process, these pharmacists make up the Academy’s inaugural cohort.

Developed in partnership with the Pharmacy Leadership & Education Institute (PLEI), the program uses the STAR Framework—focusing on Vision, Response-ability, Results Through Others, Grit, and Integrity—to support both personal and professional leadership development. With support from the Tennessee Pharmacists Research and Education Foundation (TPREF), the Academy aims to build a strong pipeline of future leaders for pharmacy in Tennessee.
