Hey Dr. Cooper,

Thanks for using the New Practitioner Forum! The generally accepted consensus definition for “New Practitioner” for TPA is any pharmacist that has graduated from a school or college of pharmacy within the previous 5 (five) years. Obviously, this definition is open to your own definition of what a “New Practitioner” is.

What does the designation “New Practitioner” mean to you? Does this definition fit your interpretation or is there another term that you prefer? Let us know!

Also, think about what tools and resources would be beneficial to you in your role as a “New Practitioner”. Feel free to post them so that other folks can benefit!
