Nashville, TN — The Tennessee Pharmacists Association is pleased to announce the addition of three new team members who have joined our staff in recent weeks. These talented professionals bring fresh energy, specialized experience, and much-needed support to areas of the association that have seen transitions in recent months.
From December 2024 through March 2025, TPA experienced several internal staff changes that led to gaps in key operational areas. Over the past few months, our leadership team has worked intentionally to recruit individuals who not only bring the right skills, but who also align with our mission of supporting and advancing the pharmacy profession in Tennessee. We’re excited to now share that our team is complete—and stronger than ever.
Please help us welcome:
- Ateia Aldridge, M.Ed., Continuing Education Coordinator (Part-Time), who joined the team on May 29, 2025. With a background in legal education program coordination, Ateia fills a critical need in managing our core CE programs and supporting the delivery of high-quality, accessible professional development opportunities for our members.
- Diane Michot, CPA, MBA, Senior Accountant (Part-Time), who began on July 7, 2025. Diane brings extensive experience in non-profit financial management, and she will help ensure fiscal responsibility, compliance, and support for our day-to-day financial operations—an area that became especially vital as accounting services have moved back to in-house management.
- Keosha Thomas, Manager of Marketing and Communications, who started on July 14, 2025. Keosha joins TPA with a strong background in communications strategy, brand development, and digital engagement. She will lead the charge in enhancing our communication efforts and making sure members are informed, inspired, and connected to the work of the association.
“This past year brought a number of transitions that challenged our team, but it also presented an opportunity to rebuild with intention,” said TPA CEO Anthony Pudlo. “We are thrilled to welcome Ateia, Diane, and Keosha—each of whom brings a unique set of strengths that will help us better serve our members and move TPA forward.”
