Tennessee Pharmacists Association

Nashville, Tenn. — October 23, 2025 — The Tennessee Pharmacists Association (TPA) is proud to announce a new partnership with Waypoint, bringing a highly requested, value-add service to its members:  access to affordable, customizable group benefits for their employees.

This new offering empowers TPA members—whether they currently offer benefits or are exploring options for the first time—to select plans that provide strong coverage, including 401K options, while remaining budget-friendly and flexible. Members will also gain more control over their insurance decisions, helping them better support their teams and businesses.

“Our members asked for a smarter, more affordable way to offer group benefits—and we delivered,” said Anthony Pudlo, CEO of TPA. “Through our partnership with Waypoint, TPA members now have access to a value-add service that puts them in control, supports their teams with great benefits, and strengthens TPA’s mission at the same time.”

In addition to supporting member needs, this initiative also contributes to the financial sustainability of TPA, allowing the association to continue expanding its advocacy, education, and support services for pharmacists across Tennessee.
